Professor Richard Gunther Explained the Redistricting Ballot Initiative, Issue 1, at the Clintonville For Change August Public Meeting

Above: Political Science Professor Richard Gunther makes an excellent presentation on Issue 1, the redistricting ballot initiative endorsed by Liberal and Conservative and Moderate groups. Prof. Gunther urges a "Yes" vote on Issue 1, because Issue 1 modifies the Ohio Constitution to make the General Assembly districts more fair. (Note that Issue 1 does not change the U.S. Congressional districts: that is another issue being planned for the future.)
